SAT Friday 5/21/10

Here is the before of my "Penguin Party" from the March 2010 issue of Cross Stitch Crazy. My nephew loves penguins and his birthday is next week, so I thought this would be a perfect gift for him.





Here is the after view - I have a purple and green balloon and the backstitching left to do. Hope to finish tomorrow.

Finally Stitching again....

Well I only have the after photo, since this is a new project. This is from the 2009Cross stitch calender. Glad to finally be able to do some stitching again.

Here is my newest project - I got the Cross Stitch Page a Day Calendar 2009 and am stiching my first one March 16.

I have picked out about 78 patterns this year (not including the alphabets). Now the problem will be how to pick what to stitch next.

Plan to be stitcing the christmas trees in the latest issue of Cross Stitch Crazy. There are about 12 of them. I'm going to see how many I can get done in that time. There are several that can be done rather quickly. One is just the same color blue.
